The very MAIN target of the Project is the mobility. Both, the mobility of the teachers and the mobility of Students are the two thing we are focussed on.
However, at the moment we are applying for the KA101 Project, wich means we are centered on the mobility of the teachers (again, at the moment). In this sense, it is necessary to distinguish between the courses that the teachers make abroad (about new methodologies (ICT), CLIL, Lenguage…) and the Job Shadowing.
Job Shadowing consists in a stay in another High School, with another teachers and students, watching how they teach and learn. Normally one or two teachers from here go to another country (France, Germany, Poland…). We think that would be the best way a the proper way to internationaliser our High School.
